The family of Leokadia Jensen is left to wonder. Can a sitting NJ Assemblyman use the power of his office and the “bully pulpit” of State Government to be “Above the Law”?  Where has the public trust gone?

A prominent Morris County, NJ State Assemblyman working in his legal practice authorizes the sale of real-estate allegedly on behalf of his handicapped client.  The proceeds earmarked for the family are delayed more than two months post-sale.  All the while, in what appears to be “quick flip” the properties are RESOLD with days netting 5 figure profit for the Attorney and or his company/partners.  It could be a pattern with far-reaching implications.

Here are the details of this unbelievable transaction.

The Victim: Leokadia (Leo) Jensen of Norwich CT, passed on January 17, 2016
