She teaches part-time as a Clinical Instructor of the Advanced Education in General Dentistry Post-Graduate Residency Program at the University of Maryland. Furthermore, she has been contributing her time as a volunteer dental consultant and care provider for senior residents at the Hebrew Home of Greater Washington for many years.

Dr. Brodsky received her Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from the Hebrew University – Hadassah School of Dental Medicine in Jerusalem in 1985. After practicing dentistry in Israel for several years, she continued her education at the University of Maryland at Baltimore. There, Dr. Brodsky completed a two-year residency, became certified in Advanced General Dentistry, and earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in oral and craniofacial biological sciences.

Dr. Brodsky is an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry and the American Dental Association.

Dr. Brodsky is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orofacial Pain (FAAOP). The AAOP, an organization of dentists and other health professionals, is dedicated to alleviating pain and suffering through the promotion of excellence in education, research, and patient care in the field of orofacial pain and associated disorders.
