Nithin Kantharaj Eliminates Nonconformance Using Root Cause Analysis

Jersey City, Sep 11, 2019 ( – Nithin Kantharaj is a well-educated professional who is currently working for a leading medical technology company in Flanders, NJ. Before he joined this company, Nithin used to work as a Manufacturing Engineer for a leading medical device manufacturing company in Warsaw.

Here, Nithin Kantharaj was involved in the development of a wide variety of manufacturing processes for new products, establishing preliminary Bill of Materials (BOM’s) and routers in Oracle JD Edwards and Creating and revising Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), Work Instructions for the developed processes. Resolving Product Non-Conformances (NCR’s) and performing Root Cause Analysis to reduce and eliminate nonconformance and performing Equipment Installations and Conducting Installation Qualifications (IQ) to set up and optimize production lines for new products were some of his key responsibilities.
